All sessions are typically 45-60 minutes in length and session frequency will be discussed at the time of intake:

Diagnostic Intake/Initial Consultation: $250 
Individual Therapy: $175
Family Therapy: $210
Testing/Report Writing: $200
Consultation Services: $100/Hour
Workshops/Presentations: $150/Hour

Medicare-Summer of 2024

Behavioral health services may provide varying cost coverage depending on your specific health insurance plan. We are more than happy to verify your insurance coverage. However, in preparation for you first appointment with us, it is a requirement to be informed about your insurance plan coverage by contacting your insurance provider and gathering the following information:

• The name of your specific insurance plan 

• Co-pay amount for therapy services

• Co-insurance 

• Deductible amount and out of pocket costs for each session

• How many sessions your insurance plan  provides coverage for within each calendar year

• Any authorization needed prior to approval for therapy or psychological testing coverage (i.e., needing authorization from your primary care provider)

Cancellation Policy

At CWCF, we require a 24-hour notice to cancel/reschedule appointments. If you do not show up for your scheduled therapy appointment or have not notified us at least 24 hours in advance, you are required to pay a no/show, late-cancelation fee of $100.
